Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the strategic direction for Payments QA, Payments Authority, and Training, integrating AI, automation, and analytics.
  • •Lead development of an automated, data-driven payments QA framework to monitor end-to-end payment lifecycles and ensure compliance.
  • •Oversee the enterprise Payments Authority framework, including delegation of authority and automated control gates across payment rails and verticals.
  • •Lead payments training and capability building using AI-powered learning platforms and interactive tools.
  • •Mentor and lead high-performing teams while collaborating with executives, product, tech, and business risk offices to assess strategy, operations, and risk across payment types.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 217,000 - 272,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in risk management, payments, project management, process management, operations, or a combination.
  • •At least 5 years of People Management experience.
  • •At least 2 years of experience working with executive level stakeholders.
  • •Preferred: Master’s Degree, and 10+ years leading strategic initiatives in a risk management, payments, operations, or project management capacity in a large matrixed organization.
