Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the implementation of technology solutions, driving transformative change and delivering value to Procurement.
  • •Collaborate with business partners to identify, analyze, and prioritize requirements, and develop tailored technology features.
  • •Define and communicate a clear vision for the Supply Management solution within the procurement ecosystem.
  • •Craft acceptance criteria to ensure solution features meet operational needs and user experience standards.
  • •Monitor KPIs and drive continuous product improvement, including organizational change management and end-user support/training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Proven track record as a Product Owner, preferably in procurement or supply chain management.
  • •Strong stakeholder and program management skills, with experience driving technology adoption.
  • •Experience leading change in large, cross-functional organizations.
  • •Excellent communication and leadership skills, including presentation skills and the ability to influence across global teams.
