Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team within HelloFresh Canada.
  • •Identify and prioritize initiatives to support long-term organizational success, driving decision-making, program management, and implementation.
  • •Coordinate strategic information cascades and optimize cross-functional collaboration across the Canadian business and globally, aligning with the North American platform.
  • •Lead Canadian quarterly/annual strategic and business planning, including the Canadian OKR process and support for bi-annual budgeting.
  • •Oversee corporate infrastructure, office footprint strategy, and real estate procurement; establish governance for major capital and construction projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or an analytical equivalent field.
  • •7+ years of experience scaling a fast-growth business or consultancy in progressively senior roles up to management/director level.
  • •Advanced analytical thinking with data architecture, workflow mapping, and process improvement frameworks to deliver data-driven answers.
  • •Adaptable, empathetic, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, uncertain environment.
