Key Responsibilities

•Own the planning, control, and successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA transformation, implementation, and rollout projects for national and international customers.
•Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, business functions, and stakeholders up to top management to ensure successful project execution.
•Shape the preparation and execution of complex SAP programs from both business and IT perspectives, ensuring transparency on timeline, budget, and quality.
•Identify optimization and growth opportunities with existing customers and support the development of new business opportunities and transformation initiatives.
•Bring experience in project, program, and transformation management methods into the community and help expand delivery excellence.

Key Requirements

•Several years of experience leading SAP projects or programs in a consulting firm, IT service provider, or similar organization.
•Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and transformation projects, including experience with classic and agile project management methods.
•Confidence working with executives, business units, and decision-makers, with proven professional stakeholder management.
•Completed degree in business, technical, or a comparable field (or an equivalent qualification).
•Strong communication skills, initiative, organization, negotiation-level German and English, and required travel readiness.
