Job Summary

Lead Qantas’ Third-Party Risk Management framework, accountable for designing, maturing, and overseeing third-party risk governance across anti-bribery/corruption, sanctions, and modern slavery risk. Key Responsibilities

•Accountable for designing, maturing, and overseeing the Group’s Third Party Risk Management framework, ensuring it is risk-based, proportionate, and aligned to regulatory and policy expectations.
•Lead development and maintenance of TPRM policies, standards, procedures, and governance arrangements, embedding escalation and risk acceptance pathways.
•Drive program maturity, including uplift of controls, processes, tools, and operating models, and deliver meaningful reporting to senior leaders and governance forums.
•Act as a senior subject matter expert on anti-bribery/anti-corruption, sanctions, and modern slavery risk to provide specialist advice for business decisions.
•Oversee risk-based due diligence across a broad range of third parties and lead/develop a small team of due diligence specialists to support consistency and quality of outputs.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in third-party risk management, compliance, or business integrity roles within a large or complex organization.
•Demonstrated experience designing and maturing risk/compliance frameworks, policies, and governance models (not only executing due diligence).
•Strong subject matter expertise in anti-bribery and anti-corruption, with working knowledge of sanctions and modern slavery risk in supply chains and complex third-party structures.
•Experience overseeing or conducting risk-based and enhanced business integrity due diligence across suppliers and high-value transaction-related third parties.
•Experience leading or coaching due diligence specialists and providing clear, balanced advice to senior stakeholders, including escalation and risk treatment.
