Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the provider product experience end to end, serving as the primary design voice on your team.
  • •Prototype and test ideas quickly using Claude Code, Cursor, or an AI tool of choice; define patterns, behaviors, and quality bar.
  • •Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape scope, priority, and what gets built.
  • •Design workflows for credentialing, scheduling, clinical documentation, and billing to make complex tasks fast and reliable.
  • •Run experiments with clear success metrics (e.g., task completion, error rates, provider satisfaction) and iterate based on results; Staff mentors and sets standards, including 0→1 and at-scale AI-native experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product design experience with strong craft, structured thinking, and measurable business impact (Senior), or 8+ years (Staff).
  • •Portfolio demonstrating experience designing B2B/professional tools for expert users needing efficiency and reliability.
  • •Systems-thinking ability to shape complex, state-heavy problems into coherent experiences.
  • •Experience with product strategy and experimentation, including multi-sprint experiment arcs against real metrics.
