Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high customer service on the gym floor while delivering market-leading fitness expertise and personalized training support.
  • •Ensure brand standards, fitness etiquette, and regulations are followed, including safe exercise execution and clean equipment practices.
  • •Complete certifications and ongoing development, including CPD via IDEA Club Connect and maintaining REPs certification.
  • •Deliver personal training sessions and new member induction sessions, including minimum 6D classes per week, and progress within the PT model.
  • •Handle training administration such as daily updates in the Fitness Enterprise System, goal setting, rota administration, client booking, and session documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary education (A level or equivalent).
  • •Personal Training certified (REPS A level) or working towards it (enrolled).
  • •In-depth knowledge of My Zone, including using the belt at least 12 times monthly.
  • •Complete required training certifications via the Fitness First Education Academy (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE).
  • •Complete Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements and maintain REPs certification via annual CPD.
