Key Responsibilities

  • •Engineer and govern a Docs-as-Code documentation lifecycle, transitioning interim GitLab/Markdown pipelines into a single-source enterprise publishing architecture using Madcap Flare.
  • •Reverse-engineer codebases (FastAPI, Vue.js) to author accurate API references (OpenAPI/Swagger) and SOK integration guides.
  • •Document complex deployments across interim Google Cloud environments and target bare-metal sovereign infrastructure.
  • •Partner on defensive compliance documentation, including Security Operating Procedures and Architecture Documents, supporting NCA audits and SSDLC governance.
  • •Translate hybrid cloud topology and cryptographic state transitions into standardized diagrams (Mermaid.js, C4 Model) and produce installation/operational playbooks for air-gapped hardware appliances.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical communication, computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •5+ years of highly technical writing experience in cybersecurity, cloud platforms, or deep enterprise software engineering.
  • •Strong capability in establishing and enforcing technical writing and documentation standards in highly regulated environments (Content Management).
  • •Ability to design and create documentation for highly technical audiences and take ownership of information architecture and publishing pipelines (SFIA TECH Level 4).
  • •Deep expertise in Madcap Flare plus mastery of Markdown, Git, MkDocs, and API documentation tools (Swagger/Postman), with code literacy in Python/Typescript/YAML.
