Supply Chain Manager

Oversee the end-to-end supply chain for a hospitality group, owning procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, demand planning, and supplier performance. Ensure products and materials are available on time, in the right quantities, and at optimal cost while maintaining quality. Develop supply chain strategies, optimize inventory and warehouse processes, negotiate with suppliers, track KPIs, manage risks and compliance, and lead/mentor the supply chain team.
