Key Responsibilities

  • •Problem analysis and approach: Gather information, analyze, diagnose, and choose initial approach to solve the problem, consulting with others as needed.
  • •Repairs: Use tools, replace parts and adjust settings to carry out repairs and standard service actions independently.
  • •Training / advice: Explain actions to users, train customers in operation and routine maintenance, and suggest changes to user procedures.
  • •Process Optimization: Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and report to stakeholders.
  • •Coaching: Provide support and guidance to less experienced engineers on initial tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • •Experience in technical industry; semiconductor industry experience preferred
  • •Experience using computer applications including data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software
  • •Complete knowledge of product functionality of the main modules/sub-modules
  • •Field service experience or equivalent
