Key Responsibilities

  • •Support engineers and project teams in designing and delivering electric utility projects involving substations, transmission lines, and distribution systems.
  • •Assist with detailed design of low- to extra-high-voltage substations, including protection & control components.
  • •Support system protection and relaying activities, including substation relaying, transmission line relaying, and distribution coordination studies.
  • •Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, technical reports, and project documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Electrical Engineering Technology (BSEET) from an ABET-accredited university, with power systems emphasis preferred.
  • •0 to 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • •Strong understanding of fundamental electrical engineering principles and demonstrated interest in power systems, substations, transmission, and/or distribution.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • •Legally authorized to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
