Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and deploy predictive and explanatory models using machine learning, NLP, and generative AI to solve key business problems.
•Generate actionable analytics and insights on Sales and client behavior, applying hypothesis testing and maintaining reproducible, well-documented workflows.
•Contribute to GenAI-enabled analytics solutions, including defining success metrics, monitoring frameworks, LLM-based feature generation, and validation approaches (e.g., human-in-the-loop, hallucination detection).
•Develop and iterate models using modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), focusing on performance, scalability, and interpretability.
•Partner cross-functionally and communicate progress and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders using clear visualizations, reports, and presentations.

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative field.
