  • •Manage a team of Data Scientists supporting Checking and Savings, Invest, Credit Card, Protect, and Lantern businesses.
  • •Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify and prioritize Data Science initiatives.
  • •Set quality and on-time delivery standards, operating in an agile and efficient manner.
  • •Recruit, grow, and retain top talent; mentor data scientists with best practices, coding standards, and documentation.
  • •Stay current on AI/ML technologies and communicate insights regularly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salary: USD 172,800 - 297,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
  • •7+ years of Data Science or Software Engineering experience and 3+ years management experience.
  • •Experience leveraging data-driven analysis to influence key decisions, preferably in a Tech or Finance company.
  • •Experience using Airflow and DBT to build data pipelines in Snowflake.
  • •Strong programming skills in SQL and Python, plus experience with Tableau or Looker and deploying ML models in production.
