Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide guidance on operational risk capital (globally circa $15bn), pillar 1 and 2, and ICAAP inputs for PRA submissions.
  • •Design, implement, and execute operational risk stress testing methodology, processes, tools, and policy for non-financial risk.
  • •Support operational risk quantitative measurement capabilities, including risk appetite, scenario analysis, capital modeling, stress testing, and capital allocation.
  • •Manage reportable incident and notable event investigations, including whistleblowing investigations related to resilience risk in the region.
  • •Contribute to operational risk policy/framework delivery, manage regulatory consultations and responses, and perform data quality validations prior to regulatory submissions.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced English language proficiency.
  • •Strong business knowledge and experience in one or more operational risk specialist areas.
  • •Strong risk management knowledge, including a solid understanding of the risk management framework (RMF).
  • •Strong data management skills.
  • •A BA or BS university degree or relevant professional certificate(s).
