Manufacturing Supervisor

Lead 2nd-shift production from 3:00PM–11:00PM to drive safety, quality, service, waste reduction, productivity, and team culture. Provide leadership for systems, equipment, people, and materials aligned to policies, specifications, and customer requirements. Oversee daily scheduling and production goals, ensure training and performance management, analyze production data using dashboards and SAP, and partner with Maintenance and Process Engineering to resolve issues and sustain continuous improvement.
