Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical discovery and define real constraints (data quality, access, regulatory limits, latency, volume, and change feasibility).
  • •Design target-state workflow architecture, including where agents act, human review points, and exception/escalation and audit paths.
  • •Define integration architecture across APIs, data sources, document repositories, identity, and cloud infrastructure.
  • •Establish success criteria and evaluation approach before the build begins, including accuracy thresholds and “done” criteria.
  • •Build the business case with quantified deployment impact and act as a trusted technical adviser and escalation point during delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in solutions consulting, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or technical business analysis, including post-sales delivery with enterprise clients.
  • •Strong background in workflow automation, distributed systems, or AI/ML-driven platforms.
  • •Experience in a regulated industry (financial services, insurance, healthcare, or government) is preferred.
  • •Deep fluency in modern AI system design and evaluation (LLMs, prompting/agent patterns, retrieval, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and failure modes).
  • •Ability to write requirements into technical specifications and work with security/compliance constraints for enterprise deployments.
