Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct support and communication to numerous account holders, understanding requirements and challenges and escalating issues as needed.
  • •Prepare and audit sale vehicle run processes (run order, scheduling, notices, repairs, charge posting, reporting, invoicing) in coordination with the national account representative.
  • •Monitor vehicle sales processes and stakeholder communications to ensure accurate execution and a positive client experience.
  • •Develop relationships with clients by explaining auction processes, vehicle availability, and preparation/delivery.
  • •Coordinate vehicle transportation, review condition reports, manage file jackets for audits, and collaborate with Accounts Receivable to post charges and pursue collections.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field (or 5 years’ experience in a related field).

  • •Valid driver's license needed and ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
