Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Design, Applications, Test, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Reliability across new product development and production release.
  • •Design bench evaluation PCBs and generate characterization programs for bench evaluations.
  • •Evaluate, debug, and characterize integrated circuits to meet product and manufacturing requirement specifications.
  • •Use failure analysis to determine root causes of reliability and qualification failures.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid understanding of analog and digital circuits, including operation and analysis.
  • •Extensive hands-on experience with lab equipment for data capture and device debug/failure analysis.
  • •Familiarity with ATE tester platforms (Teradyne / Eagle) and JEDEC / AEC qualification standards.
