Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain BIM/CAD models and engineering drawings for maritime and coastal infrastructure using Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
  • •Produce accurate drawing documentation for ports, harbours, jetties, quay walls, breakwaters, marine terminals, and associated civil infrastructure.
  • •Support BIM coordination activities such as model federation, clash detection, and design reviews.
  • •Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and client requirements.
  • •Update drawing packages/documentation from BIM/CAD models and incorporate design revisions responding to RFIs as required.

Key Requirements

  • •6–8 years of BIM/CAD modelling and drawing production for maritime/coastal/civil infrastructure projects.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Revit as the primary BIM authoring/modelling platform, with strong working knowledge of Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
  • •Experience producing BIM models and engineering drawings for ports, harbours, marine terminals, jetties, quay walls, breakwaters, and related maritime infrastructure.
  • •Strong understanding of BIM processes and collaborative workflows, including model federation, clash detection, and compliance with ISO 19650.
  • •Experience with BIM data management, quality control, model audits, and ensuring BEP/client compliance; able to collaborate with engineers and BIM coordinators.
