Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and development activities for Comms card development and system integration, from development through sustain phase.
  • •Drive electrical activities across Dell and ODMs, managing electrical aspects through sustain.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and technical partners to meet schedule, feature set, functionality, cost, quality, reliability, and compliance requirements.
  • •Review OEM and sub-tier vendor capability to support product development and production.
  • •Design, develop, modify, and evaluate electronic parts, components, and integrated circuitry, ensuring integration with mechanical and software functions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor/Master in EE with 10–12 years of experience designing and integrating Intel/Broadcom/Nvidia NIC cards.
  • •Advanced leadership to drive cross-functional groups and drive results.
  • •Advanced knowledge of analog and digital circuit theory and principles.
  • •Advanced engineering skills in design, test, and quality.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
