Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and oversee the effective execution of the data privacy program across NTT DATA Global Practices portfolios, ensuring appropriate privacy controls are in place.
  • •Embed global data privacy policies, standards, and procedures into regional operations, including documenting local variations to meet local data protection requirements.
  • •Support documentation of records of processing (data flows and cross-border transfers) and ensure clear, accessible privacy notices.
  • •Perform privacy assessments for products and services (privacy by design) and advise on privacy control design and bid/sales collateral.
  • •Support data subject requests, privacy incident response, third-party security and privacy assessments, and responses to regulatory queries, audits, or investigations.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of relevant experience in data privacy program management, processes, practices, technologies, risk management, audit, and/or compliance.
  • •Experience responding to data subject rights requests and personal data breaches.
  • •Ability to advise on complex data privacy matters with practical guidance.
  • •Experience in risk management activities and practices (preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree or appropriate qualification; CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, AIGP and/or CDPSE preferred.
