Job Summary

Support store operations by processing sales, auctions, and appraisals with accuracy and strong customer service. You’ll manage cash handling and security protocols, audit and file critical paperwork (including finance contracts and DMV documentation), and coordinate auction/appraisal transactions to ensure correct titles and payoffs. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll also help train new associates and perform data entry and reconciliation while following CarMax EH&S requirements and confidentiality policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and guiding them through paperwork processes.
•Process and audit retail and wholesale sales paperwork, including deal jackets, finance contracts, and DMV documentation.
•Manage auction and appraisal transactions, ensuring accurate titles, payoffs, and proper funding documentation.
•Handle cash management tasks such as receiving payments, preparing deposits, and maintaining security protocols.
•Train and mentor new associates and support store operations with clerical work, data entry, and reconciliation while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.5 - 30.7 hourly
