Job Summary

Design, deploy, and support data center infrastructure by reviewing technology, assessing client requirements, and creating technical designs that enable implementation. Partner with clients, vendors, and partners during pre-sales and solution selling, while researching emerging infrastructure technologies and improving internal methodologies. Configure and build complex solutions in projects, maintain expertise across storage, networking, platforms, and automation, and may coach other consultants.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct regular technology-related reviews and advise on design, deployment, and operation of infrastructure based on client requirements.
•Support pre-sales and solution selling by proactively developing strategies and solutions and fostering relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
•Create technical designs that serve as a foundation for implementation and support research into emerging infrastructure technologies and best practices.
•Configure and build complex solutions within projects, providing technical support and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge/testing.
•Independently execute consultancy and advisory assignments, and may coach and train Associate and Senior Associate consultants.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
•Scaled Agile certification is desirable, and relevant consulting/technical certifications are preferred (e.g., TOGAF).
•Minimum 8 years of IT infrastructure experience, including at least 4 years in data center and edge environments.
•Advanced multi-technology infrastructure design experience, with consulting and client engagement experience for needs assessment and change management.
•Relevant vendor certifications with strong hands-on experience (e.g., Cisco UCS/Hyperconverged, Dell NetApp Storage).
