Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular technology-related reviews and advise on design, deployment, and operation of infrastructure based on client requirements.
  • •Support pre-sales and solution selling by proactively developing strategies and solutions and fostering relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • •Create technical designs that serve as a foundation for implementation and support research into emerging infrastructure technologies and best practices.
  • •Configure and build complex solutions within projects, providing technical support and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge/testing.
  • •Independently execute consultancy and advisory assignments, and may coach and train Associate and Senior Associate consultants.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • •Scaled Agile certification is desirable, and relevant consulting/technical certifications are preferred (e.g., TOGAF).
  • •Minimum 8 years of IT infrastructure experience, including at least 4 years in data center and edge environments.
  • •Advanced multi-technology infrastructure design experience, with consulting and client engagement experience for needs assessment and change management.
  • •Relevant vendor certifications with strong hands-on experience (e.g., Cisco UCS/Hyperconverged, Dell NetApp Storage).
