Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and monitor procurement plans for assigned portfolios to anticipate requirements and reduce emergency purchasing.
  • •Oversee complex capital and operational procurement programs and monitor delivery status, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • •Lead RFQs/RFPs, tender timelines, evaluation matrices, negotiations, and award governance to ensure compliant, robust procurement routes.
  • •Coordinate contract, PO, and supplier management with Contracts/SRM/Legal/Finance and ensure documentation is complete for handover.
  • •Manage and coach direct reports, act as a senior escalation point, and deliver executive-ready reporting using Oracle Fusion and procurement dashboards while driving transformation and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s in Business Administration preferred).
  • •10+ years of procurement experience within the region (education procurement experience preferred).
  • •Recognized procurement qualification and/or professional subscription (e.g., CIPS) desirable.
  • •Fluent English communication skills (Arabic is an added value).
  • •Strong ERP and governance capability, including excellent stakeholder management and ability to create dashboards and reports.
