Deliver a premium in-store experience by helping customers discover looks aligned with current trends and promotions. •Model and coach for the ultimate consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
•Suggest looks incorporating the latest trends and current promotions based on consumer needs.
•Promote Levi’s omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
•Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and partner with store management on elevated issues.
•Handle cash and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment) and follow store procedures and policies.
