Lead M&A and commercial development proposal work to drive Pizza Hut’s global growth strategy. Develop and manage an M&A opportunity pipeline, lead due diligence with independent analysis, and build financial models, valuations, and investment analyses. Create executive materials for senior leadership decisions. Serve as a key thought partner on franchisee/inorganic growth strategy, coordinating cross-functional alignment across Finance, Legal, Operations, and Supply Chain.
