Assistant Teacher

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom at the Arbor Spring school, helping children ages 0–6 develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning. Assist in preparing calm, well-organized learning environments and support individualized and small-group activities. Build respectful relationships with children and families while collaborating with Lead Guides and the broader team to strengthen classroom community—always with patience and care.
