Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner closely with product engineering squads (embedded model) and own production reliability for high-SLA and complex customer environments.
  • •Design and implement automation to scale our reliability practices and improve alert quality to reduce noisy escalations.
  • •Lead customer-impacting incident response and post-incident reviews, acting as primary escalation point during incidents and bridge calls.
  • •Contribute to design docs and code reviews to influence feature design for production scalability and operability.
  • •Define and evolve per-tenant SLOs and reliability models, and proactively reduce SLO burn to prevent repeat incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of engineering experience, with 4+ years in SRE/production engineering or customer reliability engineering experience.
  • •Strong Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet, etc.).
  • •Proven technical leadership with experience mentoring engineers and acting as a force-multiplier.
  • •Experience operating multi-tenant production systems.
  • •Strong experience designing and implementing SLOs.
