Key Responsibilities

•Partner closely with product engineering squads (embedded model) and own production reliability for high-SLA and complex customer environments.
•Design and implement automation to scale our reliability practices and improve alert quality to reduce noisy escalations.
•Lead customer-impacting incident response and post-incident reviews, acting as primary escalation point during incidents and bridge calls.
•Contribute to design docs and code reviews to influence feature design for production scalability and operability.
•Define and evolve per-tenant SLOs and reliability models, and proactively reduce SLO burn to prevent repeat incidents.

Salary: SEK 878,578 - 1,054,294 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of engineering experience, with 4+ years in SRE/production engineering or customer reliability engineering experience.
•Strong Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet, etc.).
•Proven technical leadership with experience mentoring engineers and acting as a force-multiplier.
•Experience operating multi-tenant production systems.
•Strong experience designing and implementing SLOs.
