Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as System Owner with end-to-end technical accountability for CDA, process vacuum, process exhaust, and HVAC/air-conditioning systems across build, commissioning, and operations.
  • •Lead construction/commissioning engineering: plans, load calculations, sizing, equipment specifications, review of drawings (P&IDs, single-line diagrams), FAT/SAT, and commissioning protocols/qualification testing.
  • •Own safe, reliable 24/7 operations and maintenance for designated systems, including PM/PdM/condition-based maintenance strategy using RCM/FMEA.
  • •Manage work planning via SAP PM, OEM service contracts and spares strategy, lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to improve MTBF/MTTR/availability.
  • •Own OPEX and CAPEX planning and reporting, deliver energy management and optimization initiatives (including ISO 50001 and energy audits), and represent Facilities in audits as system SME.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related engineering field from an accredited university.
  • •At least 5 years of applicable mechanical/facilities engineering experience with compressed air, vacuum, exhaust, cleanroom, and HVAC systems.
  • •Experience in high-purity/critical cleanroom environments (e.g., semiconductor, wafer-fab, data-centre, pharmaceutical) and ability to support shift/weekend/night/emergency work when required.
  • •Strong fundamentals in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and rotating-equipment principles.
  • •Knowledge of BMS platforms and SAP PM, plus experience planning/forecasting maintenance budgets (OPEX) and delivering capital projects through handover to O&M.
