Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with customers to implement new IT solutions and/or replace existing solutions.
  • •Develop and offer integrated, end-to-end IT solutions aligned to customers’ strategic, operational, and financial goals.
  • •Translate customer business and technical requirements into specific system/application/process designs for complex technology solutions.
  • •Design and implement critical services, lead complex refactors, and champion quality to improve performance and reliability.
  • •Collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies and facilitate solution workshops, presentations, and architecture discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in solution design for migration, consolidation, modernization, and data center transformation projects.
  • •Knowledge of Kubernetes and hybrid cloud; AI/GenAI infrastructure and NVIDIA solutions are a plus.
  • •Preferred experience with Dell Data Protection solutions such as Data Domain, PPDM, and NetWorker.
  • •Strong ability to lead technical workshops, solution presentations, and architecture discussions with customers.
  • •Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
