Job Summary

Guide enterprise clients through the people side of AI transformation by shaping AI and Copilot adoption strategies, building workforce readiness roadmaps, and designing change programs. Partner with executives and business leaders to identify high-value use cases, assess adoption barriers, and facilitate workshops. Define adoption metrics, monitor progress, and develop scalable playbooks, toolkits, and governance approaches to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with executive and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and evaluate AI and Copilot opportunities.
•Develop AI adoption roadmaps and help clients establish AI governance, readiness, and value realization strategies.
•Assess organizational readiness and adoption barriers, and design enterprise-wide change programs for Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions.
•Define adoption metrics and success criteria, monitor adoption progress, and recommend improvements based on user feedback and usage insights.
•Build scalable adoption programs by creating champion networks and repeatable playbooks, toolkits, and training assets.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, or business change enablement.
•Fluency in French and English.
•Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (or equivalent) and experience with adoption/change management frameworks (Prosci or equivalent).
•Proven Microsoft Copilot and/or Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience leading enterprise adoption programs.
•Experience guiding AI adoption with large enterprise customers, including use case identification, business case development, and cross-functional collaboration with business, IT, and executives.
