Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined market. •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
•Serve as direct customer contact for assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Diagnose and repair HVAC units using software/technology, hand tools, and blueprints or engineering specifications.
•Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and condition.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent, typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI, hit-and-run, license suspension, or reckless/careless driving (or similar issues) within the past 3 years.
•EPA Certification.
•Willingness to maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
