Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact for assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Diagnose and repair HVAC units using software/technology, hand tools, and blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and condition.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent, typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI, hit-and-run, license suspension, or reckless/careless driving (or similar issues) within the past 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Willingness to maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
