Job Summary

Lead the Appearance and Uniforms function across multiple studios, driving consistent standards, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Manage Appearance and Uniforms Managers across assigned hubs, define KPIs and objectives, coach teams, and conduct audits and performance reviews. Own process improvement and digitalization initiatives to streamline workflows and strengthen stock management, coordinate new studio launches and procurement, and report results, risks, and improvement plans to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide operational leadership to Appearance and Uniforms Managers across assigned hubs and ensure alignment with departmental objectives.
•Develop strategies to improve employee appearance across assigned studios.
•Initiate process improvements and digitalization projects to increase efficiency and streamline workflows, strengthening stock management.
•Plan and coordinate new studio launches and facilities development, including recruitment, space design, procurement, and execution.
•Define departmental objectives and team KPIs, coach managers and team leaders, run 1:1s and performance evaluations, and conduct spot checks and operational audits; consolidate and present results, risks, and improvement plans.
