Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational leadership to Appearance and Uniforms Managers across assigned hubs and ensure alignment with departmental objectives.
  • •Develop strategies to improve employee appearance across assigned studios.
  • •Initiate process improvements and digitalization projects to increase efficiency and streamline workflows, strengthening stock management.
  • •Plan and coordinate new studio launches and facilities development, including recruitment, space design, procurement, and execution.
  • •Define departmental objectives and team KPIs, coach managers and team leaders, run 1:1s and performance evaluations, and conduct spot checks and operational audits; consolidate and present results, risks, and improvement plans.

Key Requirements
