Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and manage Field Service operations for the Central service cluster region within a country (e.g., Germany/Austria/Switzerland).
  • •Develop the regional service value proposition to support growth, innovation, and profit plan targets using Eaton standard working practices, including strengthening the safety culture.
  • •Oversee team training/qualification status, subcontractor management for capacity planning, and inventory/customer service warehouse operations with inventory counts.
  • •Monitor performance of field service employees and subcontractors/partners; conduct service inspections and continuous improvement during and after customer service orders.
  • •Handle on-site service during capacity bottlenecks only in emergencies, manage customer escalations, identify best practices and lessons learned for the region, ensure SGU measures, and manage on-call readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 3-year electrical engineering training with additional training as a state-certified technician (electrical engineering).
  • •At least 3 years of experience in field service.
  • •Very good knowledge of maintenance for switchboards, power distribution, Life Safety applications, and understanding of distribution networks.
  • •First experience leading employees.
  • •Fluent German and English skills.
