Support the Global e-Commerce Talent Development team by assisting with program operations for onboarding, early career development, and leadership enablement. Key Responsibilities

•Support global program operations, including onboarding (Embark), early career development (Ignite), and leadership enablement through scheduling, enrollment, participant tracking, and content audits.
•Coordinate cross-functional communication with HRBPs, regional program owners, and admin teams to ensure smooth rollout of learning initiatives.
•Host and support global learning events for Early Careers and employee development, including session preparation, speaker coordination, participant engagement, and live facilitation support.
•Manage and analyze data from multiple learning programs using dashboards and reports (e.g., Always-On Insights, Embark Utilization).
•Assist with content management and logistics for learning sessions, including updating learning materials and preparing offline/online session logistics (e.g., swag, meal booking, reminders).

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Management, Communication, or a related discipline.
•Fluent in English (written and spoken).
•Prior experience or strong interest in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
•Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., ByteLearning or similar platforms).
•Experience in copywriting and simple graphic design (Canva or equivalent).
