Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain complete records of materials test results, inspections, and executed works for project closeout and handover.
  • •Conduct audit inspections to verify conformity with contract documents, approved shop drawings, method statements, and contractor quality plans.
  • •Inspect and verify construction materials delivered to site for compliance with RTA specifications, approved material submittals, and contract requirements.
  • •Carry out sampling and witnessing of laboratory and field tests for soil, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, steel, and other civil materials as per approved ITPs.
  • •Identify non-conforming materials, raise NCRs and site observations, and follow up on corrective actions while ensuring HSE compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE.
  • •RTA or DM approval holder is must.
  • •Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma holders with relevant education background.
  • •Ability to check and verify material source approvals, delivery notes, batch certificates, and test reports prior to acceptance.
  • •Ensure works comply with Dubai Municipality (DM), RTA, DEWA, and other local authority standards and regulations.
