•Advance a unified integration and API strategy across 3DS, Token, and emerging authentication methods to simplify customer integrations.
•Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to evaluate feasibility, understand tradeoffs, and align on product requirements.
•Troubleshoot complex product, integration, and customer implementation issues by framing problems, assessing impact, and recommending resolution paths.
•Identify cross-product synergies and recommend reuse of common APIs, platforms, tools, services, data models, and implementation patterns.
•Engage clients and participate in industry working groups to translate authentication pain points into Visa’s authentication roadmap and technical specifications.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
•Ability to write code and independently build proof-of-concepts to test and demonstrate new concept ideas.
•Strong technical fluency with authentication flows, APIs, data elements, message flows, product capabilities, and integration patterns.
•Experience defining product requirements, use cases, flows, acceptance criteria, solution recommendations, or roadmap inputs.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across matrixed teams.
