Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform deeper L1 troubleshooting including interface utilization/errors analysis, routing checks (static routes, OSPF neighbor status), VPN tunnel state checks, and firewall rule verification (read-only).
  • •Own incident tickets until resolution or justified escalation and help stabilize incidents before moving to L2/L3.
