Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strong leadership for a cost management team, ensuring accountabilities are delivered.
  • •Lead client/stakeholder interfacing across all project stages and maintain excellent communication.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate Turner & Townsend across the construction process and act as first point of contact for overall commercial status reporting.
  • •Drive business development activities including cross-selling opportunities and support proposal/RFP responses.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 185,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Subject Matter Expert in Quantity Surveying with RICS certification or equivalent accreditation.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a cost management role within the construction industry.
  • •Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
  • •Demonstrated excellence in presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
