Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide oversight and direction to complete projects on time and on budget.
  • •Serve as a liaison for design, contractor, commissioning, and end users to support smooth project delivery.
  • •Sequence and coordinate projects with hospital facility staff.
  • •Review plans and documents, provide feedback, and use platforms/software to support client review and approval pathways.
  • •Coordinate with consultants, engineers, planners, architects, landscape architects, contractors, and city stakeholders and manage projects through delivery and closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management plus 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Superintendent or Construction Manager with 8-10 years’ experience managing new construction, reconstruction, and renovation of various building types and MEP upgrades.
  • •Experience with general contractor contracts in NY City.
  • •Projects experience in active healthcare facilities.
  • •Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and project tracking systems such as Procore or Primavera P6.
