Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with a Recruiting Lead and TA teammates to support recruiting plans and day-to-day hiring activities.
  • •Help manage multiple open roles by tracking progress, updating stakeholders, and flagging risks or delays.
  • •Prepare candidate updates, interview schedules, and hiring status reports to ensure clear communication.
  • •Conduct initial resume reviews and screen candidates to assess basic qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
  • •Maintain timely, professional candidate outreach and support a positive, organized interview experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, communications, psychology, or a related field.
  • •1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, campus recruiting, recruitment coordination, or a customer-facing role (internships welcome).

  • •Clear written and verbal communication skills.
