Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and related technologies.
  • •Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and declarative automation.
  • •Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • •Provide technical support and maintenance for existing Salesforce solutions across development, testing, and post-deployment.
  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and create and maintain technical documentation and release notes.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • •Strong Salesforce configuration skills, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
  • •Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware, including MuleSoft integration development.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Agentforce and AI features (e.g., Einstein Copilot/Einstein Analytical Studio/guardrails/prompt engineering) and related security/data architecture.
  • •Proficiency with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern JS frameworks (Angular, React), plus version control and CI/CD experience.
