Design, implement, and maintain a secure, scalable, highly available enterprise Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment. Serve as a Citrix/VDI subject matter expert, delivering Tier 3 support and resolving complex performance and availability issues. Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations teams to integrate enterprise solutions, improve reliability and user experience, and support identity lifecycle management, automation, and operational process improvements.

•Architect, design, implement, and maintain VDI solutions to support enterprise requirements.
•Provide Tier 3 technical support by troubleshooting and resolving complex VDI-related issues for system administrators.
•Advise on desktop optimization strategies and act as a technical liaison for VDI technologies.
•Deliver advanced endpoint support for virtual desktop incidents and service requests.
•Conduct technical evaluations and trade studies, recommending architecture and solution selections.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Extensive experience designing, implementing, administering, and troubleshooting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenDesktop) 7.x and later.
•Strong proficiency with Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS).
•Working knowledge of user profile management and containerization technologies such as Liquidware ProfileUnity or Microsoft FSLogix.
•Experience administering and troubleshooting Citrix ADC (NetScaler) appliances and virtualized infrastructure (e.g., VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Nutanix, XenServer).
