Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop antenna, radome, advanced sensor systems, and/or RCS ranges/chambers for testing and validation.
  • •Partner with interdisciplinary engineering teams to define, analyze, simulate, implement, and evaluate requirements for ranges/chambers and related test equipment.
  • •Work with chamber/range equipment and service suppliers, and oversee the implementation of new ranges/chambers.
  • •Lead and shape the design and implementation of ranges/chambers and provide technical oversight for these efforts.
  • •Work with government personnel and programs to define and refine requirements to validate range/chamber compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in STEM and at least 5 years of relevant experience in antenna/radome or RCS chamber/range testing and operation.
  • •Experience with antenna, radome, and/or RCS chamber/range operation and measurement theory for antenna/sensor testing.
  • •Ability to obtain an INTERIM U.S. government-issued security clearance prior to start date with ability to obtain special program access.
  • •Experience simulating and/or estimating propagation, reflection, and scattering effects on an antenna under test.
  • •Proficiency with Python and/or MATLAB and high-performance computing (HPC) environments/schedulers such as SLURM.
