Own end-to-end full-desk recruiting for mission-critical roles, from meeting hiring client groups on headcount and requisitions to sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding. Serve as candidates’ first impression of SpaceX with professionalism and autonomy, while collaborating in a team environment. Manage offer processes including background checks, negotiating packages, and extending offers, and help evaluate candidates alongside hiring managers through onsite tours and interview participation.
