Key Responsibilities

  • •Retain, expand, and acquire client relationships by gathering client information and recommending banking, borrowing, and investment solutions.
  • •Coordinate an extended advisory team based on client needs and act as a client advocate on the assembled team.
  • •Review and analyze personal and business financial data (including CRM and relationship reviews) to develop and document client goals in a financial plan.
  • •Maintain expertise in the KPB sales process, client experience, and client service standards, including conducting client reviews using tracking tools.
  • •Meet or exceed individual sales goals through relationship growth, referrals, and new business; deliver in-person consultative client presentations.
Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of financial services-related experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred) or equivalent experience (required).
  • •FINRA licenses: S7 and S66 or S63, plus S65 (preferred).
  • •Excellent client relationship and partnering skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
  • •Experience working with high-net-worth clients and familiarity with credit teams/asset quality and customer service (preferred).
