Inside Sales Associate

Work directly with customers through walk-ins and phone calls to understand needs, recommend solutions, and keep the sales process moving. You’ll process and distribute products, handle questions and complaints, enter sales orders accurately for invoicing and payment, and support warranty disposition and delivery estimates. The role also includes assisting with receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.
