Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide application security guidance as a subject matter expert and operate YUM! application security services for the brand.
  • •Identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities in mobile and web applications across YUM! systems using a risk-based approach.
  • •Review vulnerability findings, analyze root cause/exploitability/business impact, and recommend remediation while adhering to remediation timelines.
  • •Maintain and improve security scan profiles and policies across SAST, DAST, SCA, container security, IaC security, secrets detection, and penetration testing platforms.
  • •Integrate security into the software development lifecycle (secure coding, pull request workflows, automated security testing, supply chain security, secure release processes) and coordinate incident response support.

Salary: USD 106,600 - 146,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of experience in cybersecurity, software engineering, or application development (additional experience may substitute for the degree).
  • •Evaluate application security vulnerabilities for exploitability, business risk, and remediation planning.
  • •Collaborate with software engineering teams and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Use secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices and modern software delivery methodologies.
  • •Experience with secure coding principles and common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and familiarity with relevant compliance/data privacy regulations (PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA).
