Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to profile risk costs and manage risk budgets through drawdown or retirement.
  • •Monitor overall risk exposure, assess remaining risk budget, and produce timely risk reports for communication of status.
  • •Conduct quantitative risk assessment for cost and schedule to inform project contingency levels and support QCRA/QSRA delivery.
  • •Undertake end-to-end project risk management, including creating risk management plans/processes and running regular risk reviews with response planning.
  • •Support construction stage contract and claims management, including assessment of contractual claims, dispute advice, delay recovery measures, and settlement of final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in risk management and/or construction delivery.
  • •Relevant experience in program management or program controls environments.
  • •Deep experience with risk identification, facilitation, and risk management techniques.
  • •In-depth understanding of construction contracts, commercial models, and delivery methods.
