Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend microservices and extensible REST APIs with modular frontend application layers.
  • •Own the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements and data modeling through deployment, automation, and production support.
  • •Optimize code for browser rendering efficiency and database execution performance, considering space/time complexity.
  • •Ensure production governance for high availability (99.99%+), multi-tenant fault tolerance, security compliance, and deep observability.
  • •Troubleshoot full-stack performance bottlenecks in production and lead architectural reviews, roadmaps, and mentoring for 2–4 engineers while driving OOPS and SOLID design principles.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive software engineering experience building and scaling full-stack applications in high-growth product teams.
  • •Proven ability to design and evolve complex systems through multiple production scale iterations.
  • •Expert foundations in data structures & algorithms, time/space complexity trade-offs, and OOP with SOLID principles.
  • •Proven system design skills for scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant end-to-end multi-tenant systems, including APIs, web architectures, schemas, and data models.
  • •Experience balancing pragmatic delivery with long-term maintainability, clean documentation, and scalability, plus cross-functional leadership and mentoring.
